Kleman Events launched the first editions of Je Ne Sais Koi – Masters of Gastronomy, an international concept of culinary masterclasses designed to bring together chefs, artisans and gastronomy enthusiasts around exceptional culinary experiences.
These first events introduced the vision of the project: creating a space where culinary excellence, cultural exchange and transmission of knowledge meet through live demonstrations and interactive masterclasses.
During these sessions, chefs and culinary professionals shared their techniques, inspirations and creative processes with participants, offering a unique opportunity to discover the craftsmanship and artistry behind gastronomy.
Through Je Ne Sais Koi, Kleman Events aims to build a global platform for culinary culture, connecting professionals, audiences and traditions from different parts of the world.
These early editions represent the first steps of a project that will continue to grow internationally through future masterclasses, collaborations and gastronomic events.
